OpenLayers is an Open Source Javascript library to show digital maps in a browser. iDelft has a lot of experience with the Application Programing Interface (API) and this enables us to quickly develop web software without license costs for clients like Rijkswaterstaat and Rijksdienst Voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO).
OpenLayers is being supported by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). Many (free) kaart data sets are directly accessible via the OGC standard webservices and KML files that are available at a wordwide level.
We can advice on how to deploy OpenLayers in an optimal way for mobile applications. It is also possible to integrate OpenLayers map modules with Drupal or with web forms to collect information.
